i got my report from my foil buddies saying “DH is perfect!” so in the afternoon, that’s where i went.
ended up catching 21 waves in less than 2 hours. rode the waves for 1.4 miles or 2.25km. and totaled 7min 18sec on ride time. no wonder i was so tired when i came in…
another day, another awesome workout. a perfect cloudy but goody day in Hawaii! enjoy the ride…
