i went to go to “Open House” yesterday to check out the real estate market. looked at this small studio condo for sale. only 400 square feet.
small and very simple.
the kitchen was kind of small.
no way 2 people can cook together. guarantee fight! haha.
not bad blocked view of Diamond Head.
very basic bathroom.
i always check for fire sprinklers now days because of the recent high rise fire. this place ok! guess how much? $325,000 for a little studio in a very old building. so expensive in paradises!
passed by the Kaiwi Channel and seen the Hokulea being towed.
the boat pulling the heavy canoe was the same as Mayuki. that’s a lot of power!
