Yesterday morning was by far the clearest of the year. The perfect sunrise and absolutely no clouds. Clear sky and cool wind. Welcome to Hawaii Boot Camper Shimamura-san. 
The morning glides were calm and cool. 
The waves were even good enough for the shortboard if you had the right one. 
Foot placement a lot better so now the turning a lot better. 
Shimamura-san came to Hawaii just for 2 days. Surfing was his main activity and we had a wonderful session. Long rides that were great for the mind, body, and soul.
