need i say more about this wonderful woman? jasmin has been a close friend of mine for a while now. she’s been there, done it, and is here to stay!!! and not to mention, in fricken top shape. i keep on comparing her to janet jackson but jasmin is in much better shape. i just wish she could sing.. haha.. just joking jas….

once jasmine focuses on something, she gives it her all. so now that she recently started her blog, i guarantee you that good things will come out of it. work, books, friends, and great memories… here is one of my favorite entries by jasmine….
The 10 KEYS on How to STAY fit:
1 Don’t weigh yourself (it’s discouraging) When getting fit, you will burn fat and develop muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat. As you get into shape, it is not uncommon to get heavier, although your body looks slimmer.
2 Don’t DIET (it’s pointless)Denying yourself food will encourage your body to burn your muslce and not your fat to get it’s needed nurtients. You will become flabby.
3 Avoid snacks between meals
4 Stretch (to develop elastisity, elastic muscles don’t rip, you will avoid injury)
5 Turn off the TV
6 Eat fresh foods (from the land not packaged or canned)
7 Drink 8 bottles of water each day
8 Vary your exercise routine (to avoid boredom: walk fast, run, swim, lift weights, bike, surf)
9 Have sex
10 Laugh (it’s the best medicine, life is too short not to)
