good morning. small and windy waves around the island. since my eye surgery 12 days ago, i haven’t miss any good waves so i’m pretty relieved. and no good waves in the forecast. i have a feeling when my doctor says i can surf again, that day will be going off. i can’t wait. but until then, i’m going to take it easy…. have a nice day…
does anybody know what happened last night on university avenue? i was in kinko’s and suddenly there were 20 police cars, 4 ambulance, and 4 fire trucks. they closed off all the streets so i was trapped. i walked near the accident and i seen the fireman carrying what looked to be a motorcycle tire. i stopped there, turn around, and waited in my car for an hour. i hope who ever it was, is ok….
traveling through japan, you see the coolest things. look good at all those hard working japanese farmers. yeah, look good. their fake. yeah, the farmers make the scarecrows to chase the birds away. cool yeah?
and check this out. this is part of the pacific ocean off izu. i couldn’t believe how beautiful the water color was. and the water was as clear as it gets. i’m going diving there next year…
**remember i told you that the Hawaiiana Hotel in waikiki is closing on nov. 15th? yeah, it’s true. and if you left a deposit to stay there this winter season, you WON’T get a refund. there are a lot of pissed off customers. and i don’t blame them….

**i had one more thing to say about the michael jackson movie. please don’t be a tight ass and wait for it to come out on dvd. go to the movie theatre and watch it on the big screen with the surround sound system. it’s like a freaking concert! it feels like your are right there in the same room. i’m still amazed by that movie and i’m more of a michael jackson fan now than ever. i have to go see it again… oh, go the the ward theaters before 4pm and it’s only $8.50. after that, it’s $10. enjoy!!!
End of Recession???

MJ's This is It….
well, i finally saw it. “This is It” is a must see. i really liked michael jackson from kid time. all his songs had some impact and at some time had some memory in my head. as i was watching the movie, all kind of old school memories came back. all his songs had great meaning and touched millions of lives.
after watching the movie, i felt more and more sorry for him and his legacy. the media didn’t really show MJ’s kind side. he was a very kind man that cared about the people and our planet. he wanted to send a message and was trying through his songs. it’s so sad when our world losses an influential person like him. after leaving the theater, i wondered how he must have felt when the media and bad people were just killing him from the inside out. i don’t think MJ died because of bad health, i think MJ died from a broken heart….
and all these dancers these days are nothing compared to MJ. i got chicken skin watching his dancing moves. the moon walk? oh my gosh!! he was and will be the best dancer of all time. and if you haven’t seen this movie yet, please do. it’s inspiring, sad, and entertaining….
