meet tim nakamura. tim is originally from hawaii but moved to tahiti and is living a dream life. diving is his love and you can’t be in a better place. i met tim last year in tahiti and was fortunate to dive with him and learn a lot. tim goes down 100′ no problem and i freak out how relaxed he is down there. i learned so much on that trip. tim’s a great teacher, and a great guy….
and if your a good diver, your probably a good cook. tim dives, catches fish, and comes home to cook it. he made boiled fish, steamed fish, and sashimi for everybody, tahitian style….
oh, the coolest thing about tim is even though he’s originally from hawaii, tim’s a part of the tahitian free dive team. yeah, he travels around the world and represents tahiti. i think that’s so cool…. tim told me that i should put together a japan team. a great idea. i would love to represent japan as a free diver. that would be a dream come true. if there are any free divers that want to get together and represent japan, send me an email and let’s do it!! oh, guess where the next world free diving championships are going to be held in 2010? yup, tahiti…. maruru…
**by the way, did you see the 2 part series of hawaii skin diver tv on the tahiti trip? it was pretty cool….

Donavon Frankenreiter in Japan….
good morning. 5am and i’m freakin excited. i got everything ready and am looking forward to airplanes, busses, trains, boats, and automobiles. it’s going to be a busy trip, or should i say, trips. my cut on my foot healed, my hairs cut, and i’m going to get sunburned over sunburned. i’m going straight to jakarta which will take 19 hours. and i won’t drink arak. thanks for the emails and stuff warning me about that poison put in there. i’m still kind of freaking out about that. anyway, going to close my new suitcase up, grab my camera bag, and get out of here. i’m sooooo excited!!! have a great day!!!
