Shark Sighting Inflation

I’ve been putting in a lot of time and effort with Trinko on producing magic boards.  So far, it’s only been magic.  This one is a 5’10 that I’ve been using everyday.

It works super good in all types of waves.  That’s what you call “Magic!”  Thank you again Neal for the photo.

There was a shark that came through the lineup during the contest in Australia.  Not surprised at all since we’re the visitors in any ocean we enter.

I had to buy bottom paint for Mayuki.  OMG, $479 for a gallon???  I just felt the inflation.

Just for supplies alone, I’m over a thousand dollars.  Thank goodness I don’t have to pay someone to do it because it will cost 3x that.

Jack Stand Spongers

Before I surfed, I was a boogie boarder.  My favorite spot was Sandy Beach shorebreak.  I use to ride my little bicycle holding my boogie board under one arm and ride around the dangerous curvy shoreline road around Hanauma Bay.  I was 12 years old.  Sometimes I made it to school on time, and sometimes I didn’t.  It depended on the waves.  No leash, no fins, and just searching for the barrel everyday.  And now 44 years later, the barrel is still my ultimate happiness…

So when I see boogie boarders still going on one knee and getting barreled, I can totally connect.  I still think it’s pretty cool.  Dean@Bowls…
