North shore 3-5′ and good.
Ala Moana waist high and good.
Diamond Head shoulder high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 15mph.
Clouds, showers, and maybe some sun.
Going to the sea.

Clean conditions at Bowls this morning.  Dean doing a nice turn on his bodyboard.  

All you could hear this morning was “it’s so cold, it’s freezing!”  I always tell the boys that they must not have the proper wetsuit because I’m always warm in mine.  

More rock climbing Boot Camp after our surf.  Now we are trying to get up faster and faster.  Time is very important when we climb on the rocks when the waves are big.  Every second counts.

And I expect the girls to be running on the rocks.  This will help with coordination and confidence.  You never know because one day they might have to run away from a wave.  After today, their feet must hurt.  Haha.
