Making of a water woman.

Yesterday once more: Jerome living the life…
Good morning 3:20am.
North shore 2-4′ and good.
Ala Moana waist high and good.
Diamond Head shoulder high and bumpy.
Strong trade winds at 25mph.
Sun, showers, clouds, and rainbows.
Going to the sea.
Have a wonderful day!

I really liked what I saw this morning. This girl finally putting her weight in the right place on the surfboard. Now she’s using the rail like it supposed to, and therefore producing the nice spray coming off the tail of the board. This has become muscle memory for her!
And now that she’s surfing this 6’1 shortboard the way is supposed to be, it’s flying like a red Ferrari!
Boot Camp continues. Had the girls do some rock climbing again. This is very hard and dangerous but you will learn a lot about coordination, timing, foot placement, and pain. Haha.
We practice here where there’s small waves, then I take them to China Walls for the real test.
Good surfers can practically run on this wall, but everybody starts with baby steps. Good job girls!
