Ala Moana head high and good.
Diamond Head overhead and bumpy.
Trade winds at 20mph.
Sunny and warm.

Waikiki: A Party in Paradise!
We did something different today by spending the mid-morning in Waikiki. The sky was blue, the water was warm, and the South swell was pumping! A perfect day for Kyoko-san’s first surf! 
It’s pretty amazing how energetic Kyoko-san was. So much energy and so much positive vibrations. 
It’s been a while since I surfed Waikiki. I forgot how fun it was. And I forgot how dangerous it could be. OMG, there were so many people that didn’t know what they were doing out there. Thankfully we did. 
If you find a good area away from the crowd, it’s going to be magic! So stoked so see everybody enjoying surfing so much. 
I ended up liking the vibe down there. Saw my nephews, saw some friends, and had fun people watching. The more I go to Waikiki, the more I understand why so many tourists come here. It’s like a big party in paradise!
