We’re on the boat getting ready to sleep.  Gazing at the stars starting to light up the sky, feeling the fresh sea breeze in our face, and listening to the waves breaking on the shore.  All of a sudden, there is a bright golden light shining from the distance.  OMG, it was the FULL MOON!!!!  It was rising ever so slow and getting brighter yellow by the second.  We’re in total awe as Mother Nature threw us this amazing moment.  Just totally speechless…

Back to Oahu. OMG!!!

Good morning 3:30am.
Ala Moana knee high and clean.
Diamond Head waist high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 25mph.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.

Normally, I wouldn’t attempt to crossover to islands when it’s windy like this.  BUT, now isn’t normal.  I wanted to get away.  Just go into the deepest part of nature where time stands still.  It was one of the roughest rides I’ve ever attempted but well worth it.  

We went to explore a different kind of white sandy beach.  A kind that you don’t ever want to leave.

Maui straight ahead!  Another three islands in sight.  Music playlist of Neil Diamond maxing out and singing my heart away.  This is my happy place. 

Waking up in the dark sky filled with stars, swimming to the beach with flashlights, then hiking up a mountain to enjoy the first light of day.  

Morning breakfast and morning stretches.  Living the simple slow life.  Life needs balance and this is my balance…
