So far this year has been pretty consistent.  Getting out early again and greeted by the full moon.   

And we also have a surprise South swell with perfect conditions.  Look at my student taking this nice one! 

Knees are bent, arms are up, and things are looking bright for this guys future of surfing.  

When surfers get to an advanced level like this, I can follow, film, and do off the lips behind him.  Everybody wins!  

Look at this kid!  Keahi looks exactly how Isaiah looked like when he was this age.  So cute!!!   

Balls of fun…

On New Years Eve, I drank my last drink of 2022.  A Virgin Margarita!  

I sleep really early on New Years Eve but always wake up at midnight for the countdown.  No need to go to Waikiki for the fireworks show because my valley has some of the best illegal fireworks on the island.  

I sit in front of my window and watch the celebration to the new year.  Then I go back to sleep at 12:05am.  Once again, Happy New Year to you all!  

I still can’t believe how good the waves were yesterday.  Perfect waves all morning long.  We surfed for 3 hours.  The only reason I wanted to go in is because I was totally sunburnt!    

There are so many things we can learn from nature.  

One is the turtle dive.  Haha!

Diamond Head waist high and clean.
Light winds this morning and trade winds back this afternoon.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.
