Surfed early in the morning with Uchino-san.  I took off behind him on his first wave and rode behind the whole way.  Sprays in my face and wonderful surfing.

When ever someone comes to Hawaii to surf for their first time, the goal is to get them on the best board and on the best waves.  The rest is up to them which turns out to be pretty easy.

Great surfing Uchino-san!  Keep on surfing…

This girl is getting more and more addicted to surfing.  So cool to see the stoke on her face when riding perfect waves like this.

Now she’s stepping on the tail and now the board is going even faster.  The magic continues…

Seeing Hayato for 2 days in a row is wonderful.  Back in the day, we use to hang out every single day when all we had to do was surf, surf, and surf.  It was our jobs and when we didn’t have to surf, surf, surf, we dove, dove, and dove.  BBQ, BBQ, and BBQ.  Those were the good old days…

Thanks to covid, I’ve been eating really good and really healthy.  Why go out when you can eat meals like this at home right?  Miso butterfish, and yama imo all over my rice.
