Clearing out my iPhone library and came across a few photos I forgot to post.  This girl got so good in the past few months that she can even surf in the dark.  I love this photo!

Imagine me riding behind you and yelling out instructions in your ear.  This girl is use to it.  

Now she doesn’t want to hear me yelling anymore so she speeds up and gets away from me.  That’s exactly what I wanted.

So happy to see my students progressing.  

Takahashi-san caught about a hundred waves in the past 4 days of Boot Camp.  That’s months worth of waves in Shonan.  

Joshua Moniz teaching the kids how to use the yoyo properly.  I was surprised how good he was.

I really like Takahashi-san’s classic style.  It’s very inspiring to see him enjoying surfing so much and will be for a very time more.

New arrival Hashimoto-san came yesterday.  We haven’t surfed together for 4 years so I was surprised to see him.  I didn’t have to ask him what he was doing during Covid.  Just by looking at his body, I knew he was in the gym working out.  

This is another example of the good things that came from the pandemic.  Stronger man, better surfer, and looking pretty happy!
