Dove Wetsuits Japan has a very long history in the entire surfing world.  i would also say it has the deepest connection with Hawaii than any other surf company in Japan.  it’s been around for 47 years and sponsored Hawaii’s best surfers.  guys like Tony Moniz, Dane Kealoha, Mark Liddell, Buttons Kaluhiokalani, and many more all wore Dove Wetsuits at one point in time.  so when i went to Japan in 1992, i already knew the deep connection that Dove had with Hawaii so it was my dream to be on the Dove Team.  then that Summer of 1992, my dream came true!  and ever since, Dove has supported me throughout my surfing career and continues to do so.  they also support the top surfers in Japan including guys like Wakita.  and they also support surfers all around the world like Maurice Cole, Chuck Andrews, and Robb Machado.  i’m super proud to be part of the Dove Team as our journey continues.  thank you for keeping me warm and happy all these years. so stoked!!!

a place very far away from Oahu, there is a little pond where you can enjoy one of the most magical places in the world.  there you will find streams, waterfalls, abundance of sea life, wildlife, colors of green, blue, emerald, and the sounds of happy birds singing all day long.  there is no wifi, phone service, or nobody around.   then when night falls, you will heard sounds you’ve never heard before, and you will see trillions of stars you thought never existed.  after staying here for a couple of days, you mind will be reborn.  i’ve been to many power spots around the world, but nothing comes close to this one.  it’s mystical, it’s magical, and it’s wonderful.  now i know where to run to when this world feels like it’s caving in…
