i just watched this video of Kaiborg talking about life.  it was really interesting to watch because Kai’s words are very powerful, and at the same time, very relatable.  every body has their high and low points in life.  but to go through it, learn from it, and be so content is what’s amazing.  Kai’s been teaching me a lot about my body, mind, and soul. i always listen to him because he’s not only a world champion jujitsu champion, a big wave surfer, or one of the best watermen in the world, he is a very knowledgeable man.  he pushes me to charge big tow in waves, he pushes me to be mindful, he pushes me to better health, and he pushes me to be humble.  Kai’s like a brother that can bring out the best in you.  so if you have time, watch this video, listen to his words carefully, and apply it to your life.  it’s words of wisdom…

Carter and i went out to test out our toys.  now that we love surfing and foiling equally, it’s double the joy!

and the waves were so beautiful again!  an absolutely perfect morning.

i made another small change today and everything was so different.  i’m almost there to finding the right adjustments for the right wave.  it’s fun experimenting like this.

every time i see my foil underwater, i think to myself how crazy this thing can make you fly.  i wonder what’s next?
