wow, it’s been a while since we had a sunrise like this.  the winds finally stopped so the conditions were pristine.

the best Summer of decades continue.  the waves were still head high and perfect this morning.  and there will be pefect waves everyday for the next 2 weeks!

on sunny days like today, i would usually come home and jump on the Harley for a ride around the island.  but after motorcyclists dying almost everyday on the road, i don’t do it anymore.  accidents, road rage, and pot holes?  Oahu is one of the worst places to ride a Harley these days…

i’ve been eating healthy salads a lot.  just some basic vegetables, salt and pepper, some olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.  simple is best.

thank you Atsushi for tuning in my back fins for my 2 plus 1 setup.  i think this is going to be the best back fin for me.  can’t wait to try it!

can you guess where this is?  if you haven’t surfed there before, you will never be able to guess where.  so that means that the only people that will know where this super duper secret spot is will be around 40 people in the world.  i’ve surfed almost every perfect right in world and no place is more perfect than this.  no it’s not HT’s, it’s not Backdoor, it’s not JBay, and it’s not Cloud 9.  it’s much better!   i want to thank the locals over there who always share this beautiful wave with me.  i love you guys!
