December 11, 2021 Hawaii Surf Report

Free rainbows forever…

Good morning 4:20am.
North shore chest high at some spots. Clean and fun.
Ala Moana waist high and good. Smaller than yesterday.
Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 25mph.
Sun, clouds, and rainbows.
Going to the sea.
Have a wonderful day!

Spare Tire Surf

i can’t believe this South swell is still here!  i paddled out this morning expecting smaller waves but it was bigger than yesterday!  perfect conditions too!

i really love to teach surfing to people that never surfed in their life before.  you can learn a lot from the ocean and it will only make your life much better.

i can’t wait for tomorrow!  neither can this newborn surfer!

the water is much cleaner, but there is still a lot of rubbish out there.   this tire was right in the lineup at Bowls.

imagine wiping out and getting your head stuck in the tire?  omg!

My First Parrot Fish

when we have these crazy storms, all the water from the mountains rush through the city and exits at the Ala Wai Canal.  you wouldn’t believe the kind of things i see floating around in there.  it’s pretty disgusting.

i’ve been driving Mayuki very slowly because i don’t want to hit one of these trees.  if you hit this with a boat, your boat will lose…

i’ve been looking around for years and years for a table for parties in the sea.  now i finally found one!

i still remember the day Joshua speared his first Uhu.  he was so happy.  his smile was priceless…
