i got the text last night.  meeting in the dark early morning so better be ready.  my reply was “i’m always ready!”  when ever i’m driving on the freeway at this time, i remember how my life is so different now.  instead of heading home drunk, i’m heading out feeling like a hungry tiger…

a lot of people think we’re crazy.  driving at 50mph in the pitch dark heading to the most shark infested waters in Hawaii.  this extreme sport isn’t for everyone…

we are flying in the dark so you have to be very alert.  we don’t have night vision goggles, but we can sense and smell danger.  just like the Terminator.  haha…   i’m sitting on the back holding on for my life!

today, i learned how to drive the ski better, i learned about equipment better, i learned how to foil better, and most importantly, i learned about my partner better.  when it’s just the 2 of you in the big empty ocean, your lives depend on each others.  so yes, you and your partner better be thinking alike…
