wow, another breathtaking early morning session…

colorful skies and calm seas…

after surfing and getting barreled for the past week, i jumped back on my foil and i feel like i got much better.  i could turn my foil much sharper that i ever did before…

then had the most amazing afternoon with my little friend.  warm waves and cool shave ice…

another recored month in real estate.  now an average house will cost you almost a million dollars.  and that’s if you can even find one for sale now.  people are bidding higher than asking price and a house on the market will be sold for cash in a week now.

as for condos, the average price is way up too.  and sales is 134% more than this month last year.  the crazy real estate market is going crazier!  my realtor friend told me that if you don’t have the whole payment in cash now, forget it…

while real estate in Hawaii is going sky high, there is one property that is going the opposite way.  during the 2019 tourism boom, a condominium at Trump Tower sold for an average of $1,700,000.  today, the average is $650,000.  some blame it on Trump and some blame it on high maintenance fees.  what ever it is, a luxury condo for $650,000 is a deal in Hawaii right now.  but would i buy one?  no thank you!
