Red Sea Adventure must be running this “Japanese Amasan” show again on Skin Diver TV because a lot of people have been coming up to me and asking me about it.  my reply is always the same “that was one of the best ocean experiences in my life.”   these 80 year old “Women of the Sea” taught me how to live life to the fullest!  

2 years ago, i use to longboard a lot.  now, i just foil a lot…

i’ll never forget that foil tow-in experience.  my blood is still pumping from the rides.  i still can’t believe how fast i was flying!!! 

my next goal is to foil into a 20′ wave.  but first, i have to get the right equipment.  these custom padded wetsuits keep you afloat so you don’t drown even though you are unconscious.  i know Dove Wetsuits makes some because i saw Wakita wearing them before.  so i better put my order in soon!

now that the power has changed in America, i guess we’re back open for anyone again.  expect caravans of immigrants heading to the USA very soon…

Ala Moana waist high and perfect.
Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 20mph.
Sunny and warm day.
Going to the ocean.

i was at the beach early this morning in the dark but decided to watch natures free show before i paddled out.  i’ve been seeing a lot of falling stars recently, but this morning was different.

there was lightning!!!  the clouds would turn bright orange when the white lightning strikes.  it looks like the sunrise, but it’s not!  i watched it from the beach, then i watched it while i paddled out.

and once again, the waves were perfect if you had the right board.  thank you John for the cool drone footage!

when i was young, i use to see surfers driving Porsches to the beach and didn’t really like it.  now i realize, i was just jealous.  so now when i see surfers coming to the beach with their Porsches, i tell them “that’s pretty cool man!”   one life to live so why not?
