Mateus has a new chore which is to water the garden in the evenings.
and he does it with a big smile. if everybody can go to work with a smile like this, it would be a better world…
then back into my training room. Mateus told me he’s practicing Kung Fu!
he was showing me his form and it was pretty good.
then he stacked a pillow on a basket against the wall. it was his punching bag.

then he threw his famous high kick. i’m pretty amazed on his fighting skills. i would feel sorry if anybody tried to bully this kid. i told him when he kicks somebody, aim for his balls. haha…
Blue is Cool…
i pulled up to Bowls at 5am. parking lot full and lots of guys paddling out. i wanted to surf but i knew that i would only catch a couple waves in an hour on a surfboard. but if i foiled, i would catch as many endless waves on my foil board. so i foiled of course. i couldn’t believe how crowded it was!!!

i can finally foil a wave like i’m surfing it. i tried to bring my foil out higher so i can actually throw a spray from this turn. and it worked!!!
and with the high tide and consistent waves, it was a dream foil session…
when i came in at 6am, i could have sold my parking stall for $20. haha. today was Saturday and i’ve never experienced this many cars and surfers in my lifetime of Saturdays!
