Almost Famous:  being a photographer was fun, but being able to take photos of my family made it even better.  i took this photo for a Go-Naminori Advertisement for a Japanese magazine.  it was about that time, i remember telling everybody in Japan that Kelia Moniz is going to be famous someday.  she was young, cute, and had everything going.  BUT, nobody knew about her then.  so at the time i was taking these photos, Kelia wasn’t well known.  she wasn’t well known, but she had more confidence than anyone other kid i knew.   and i knew she was going to be famous!  just look good at her face and her facial expression says it all.  haha…

i surfed Diamond Head 2 rounds yesterday.   i was passing by in the late evening and the waves got super good.  only a few surfers and no foilers.  so i foiled the sunset and had the best foil session i had all month!  it’s good to see the police enforcing the law.  i saw them giving tickets for no masks.  that’s a $5,000 ticket!  finally!  thank you Chi-san for the amazing double rainbow shot!omg, did you see this flying car they made in Japan???  i want one!!!  this is the coolest thing ever!
