Local Beach Clean…

it’s unbelievable that we’re in the 5th month of the lockdown.  when this pandemic is over, this world will be a different place.  it’s already changed the way i do things, and it’s changed the way i think.  everything is much more simplified, and much more going with the flow.  it’s pretty cool!  when i passed by the empty Hilton Hawaiian Village this morning, i was actually happy to see the love in the air…and happy to see the local boys cleaning the parking lot while it’s still dark.  i paddled out and had the most amazing sunrise foil session!  then as i was leaving, the most beautiful rainbow shined so bright.  even Jeannie Chesser stopped her car to take a photo.  been meeting some good foilers recently.  Sage foils super good so he’s pushing me to get better and better.  i like to watch how other guys foil and incorporate it into my style.  i can feel everything finally coming together…

Hawaiian Gold Rush!

omg, foiled Bowls this morning and the waves were amazing!  i only caught 3 waves but they were all super long.  feeling like a bird!i’ve been cleaning up around my house and found some gold i had for the past 30 years.  since gold now is valued for over $2000/ounce, i thought it’s a great time to sell.  so i took it to a shop near my house thinking i was going to get a couple hundred dollars for it.  the guy bought it for $1,250!!!!  OMG!  i’m rich!!!  he said my gold was worth $130 back 30 years ago.  so i guess it was smart to hold on for it all these years.  so happy!
