what did i eat for breakfast this morning?  my favorite…omg, i could eat this everyday.  a great power breakfast for a power day.i took that power and foiled Diamond Head for 2 hours. i had so much fun with my friends that i came in too late.  i ended up missing my yoga class.  then went to Whole Foods because today was the start of a new experiment.  i’m sure it will work because everything else this person told me worked…

found out there were a little more jars of Lilikoi Butter that Tony made so i had to go get it.

every time i put this on my toast, i will think about that amazing man.  aloha Tony, until we meet again…

some guy in Hawaii posted this on social media.  i had a good laugh. 8 days they could build a 1000 patient hospital in China.  and it’s been 8 years and the rail system in Hawaii is far from over.  haha…

i went to Panda Express and this was my fortune.  “with brains and beauty, you are the complete package.”  i want to forward this to all my wonderful family and friends in the world.  you guys are all “the complete package!”
