North shore overhead and clean.

Ala Moana waist high and clean.

Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.

Light trade winds at 10mph.

Sunny and very warm Summer like day.

 another day of pushing each other to higher limits.  this is how you do it. Tomami-san is surfing with a lot of confidence.  pure energy!   Asayama-san is becoming a very popular man.  everybody loves this guy!  whoever knows Tomami-san knows that she can give you lots of positive energy.   and who ever knows Asayama-san knows he can give you lots of positive inspiration.   in the 2 days we surfed together, i could see both levels of surfing and confidence rise.  everybody bringing out the best of each other.  the last ride of a spring break surf trip.  thank you Tomami-san for the happy times and wonderful memories.  i know i’ll see you around somewhere in this world…

 started off my yesterday with Asayama-san.  he chose Bowls and luckily there were waves like this. if you connect to the ocean, the ocean will provide you with amazing rides like this… and when you get the set of the day, you couldn’t be any happier… good job Asayama-san!  then i went to pick up Kuramoto-san for an afternoon session.  i was so stoked to see her taking off on this beautiful backside wall.  she told me she didn’t like to surf backside until today.   we had an amazing session and i was so happy to see Kuramoto-san riding such long waves.  perfect style, and perfect balance. thank you Kuramoto-san for the wonderful afternoon session….  stay tuned for yesterday’s amazing round 3!
