want to thank Ichimori-san for teaching me about Japan ice. i always wondered why it took so long to melt and now i know why. i wish we had this in Hawaii!

i ended up testing out all different kinds of Japanese alcohol. all so good!

thank goodness for the taxi man. there was no way i could have caught the train back to my hotel.

if you’re from Hawaii and ever go to Japan, i recommend you going to a nice high class bar like this. watching the Master creating their drinks is so cool. very clean, and very professional. something we don’t have in Hawaii…

i was reading the new Hawaii Skin Diver magazine on the way to Japan. inside was an article of guys spearing huge tuna in Okinawa. kind of made me want to go diving again for a monster tuna!

but for now, i can only dream about it…

someday i’ll spear a big bluefin tuna, and invite all my friends for the biggest sushi party in the world!
