Ala Moana chest high and clean.
Diamond Head shoulder high and fun.
Light trade winds at 10mph.
Sunny and hot.
Going surfing.

omg, waves were so good that we surfed for 4 hours!!! Rikita-san super focused and perfect take off!

and perfect bottom turn!

Toshimi-san probably caught the most waves today.

with the beautiful double rainbow in the back.

Nori-san caught so many perfect lefts at Bowls! he was so stoked.

and whoever was out this morning and got to experience this beautiful double rainbow was stoked too.

i foiled all morning so i was pretty stoked too!

our group jumping with joy! we were so happy and we still had half the day left. more of that tomorrow. good night for now…

while i thought the roads being closed because of the parade will keep people away, i was wrong. it was like a parade at Bowls! or more like a circus! but if you surf with me, you will get waves no matter what. when i say “go,” you just go!

so stoked Rikita-san putting the board on the rail. i just love seeing the spray coming off the rail and spraying me in the face.

if you can bend your knees, look forward, keep your front arm up, you are surfing perfectly. and if you are smiling and doing the peace sign like this, you are surfing happily. so this is perfectly happy surfing!
