Good morning 6am.
HIGH SURF WARNING FOR NORTH/WEST SHORES!
10-15’ on the North Shore. Big waves and dangerous. But clean!
Knee high at Ala Moana and clean.
Chest high at Diamond Head and perfect.
No wind so perfect conditions in the morning.
Super sunny and very warm.
Going surfing.

omg, another beautiful hot day in hawaii. started off this morning with Tanisaka-san, Chiziru-san, and Kinuyo-san. super cool surfers from osaka!

Chiziru-san on her first wave. she totally remembered how to surf from last year! amazing!

and Kinuyo-san’s first wave too. she remembered too! amazing!

Tanisaka-san’s been surfing for a while now. seen him catching some really glassy perfect waves. look how beautiful the conditions were today!

the ladies caught so many waves today. solid 3 hours of surfing!

and every wave was ridden as long as it goes.

i tried to do a yoga pose on my board but couldn’t complete it. opps.

then it was off to my new favorite ramen in hawaii! custom made to perfection. thank you guys for the wonderful time!

gosh, i can eat here 3x a week. i love it.

and my $1 dessert. green tea custard shave ice. so good!

then went to pick up Seigo-san for an afternoon session at diamond head. the waves were perfect!

and when we came in, there were 80 surfers out! the best spot in town today!

then Seigo-san and i watched the sunset. so romantic yeah? haha. six hour day of surfing and i’m totally burnt. goodnight!
