Non Alcohol Hawaii

ever since i left japan, i haven’t touched or even smelt any alcohol. it’s been 11 days and all i’ve been doing is surfing, yoga, and sleeping. in fact, i’ve been sleeping at 8pm recently. haha. but feeling pretty energetic! so i guess i don’t need alcohol in my body. not even craving a drink, but if one of my friends calls me up for one, i’ll do a kanpai for sure! haha.

these indonesian fishermen catch a baby whale shark. brought it in and was going to kill it for food. then a german tourist seen what was happening and gave the fishermen $75 to let it go. the fishermen let it go and kept the money. BUT, i know the story all to well because i visit countries like this before. once the german tourist went home, the fishermen probably went back out, caught the same baby whale shark, and killed it for food. that’s just life in third world countries. sad, but true.
