just got the photos off my camera of yesterdays session. couldn’t believe how beautiful the colors were! totally different than hawaii! here we had our little surf point to ourselves.

Ambo-san was just in hawaii last month. we got some good sessions. when he left, i told him, “ok, see you somewhere in the world, except cancun.” haha. i never thought i would come to cancun but here i am. my mind forever changes and i’m happy it does.

Satoko and i are very alike. when it’s time to work, we work. we put 100% into everything that involves a job. but when it’s time to play, we play. we put 200% into everything that involves play. here, we are playing. haha.

getting off the plane and jumping into the caribbean sea felt so refreshing!

walking down the streets is always fun. 2 x 45?

see mexicans all over pushing carts with very interesting food.

this is where i ate breakfast. i just point to what i want and then i make me something totally different. i better learn how to speak spanish. haha.

after all these years of traveling, i finally got to see the caribbean sea! i couldn’t believe how emerald the color was! now i know why japanese tourist freak out when they see lanikai beach for the first time. i felt the same way.

yes, i’m a tourist here so i must pose like a tourist sometimes.

the water was so clean, warm, and felt so good to jump in! there were actually waves so the three of us jumped in for a surf session. so fun!

i could sit here for days and days. felt so good taking a nap on the beach after all those long airplane rides.

i’m blown away by this wonderful world we live in. beauty and adventure everywhere!

then we caught the local bus to go back into the city.
