check out the rare albino dolphin they caught in wakayama. first time i’ve ever seen one. i’m sure one of the sea world’s will buy it for half a million dollars. we shall see.
had a fun time hanging out and playing tourist in waikiki on thanksgiving. sit under the umbrella with the family, and watch a lot of interesting people walk by. it’s pretty funny.
Joshua and Seth got bored so they just started playing with the cones. much better than playing on their iphones.
the morning after thanksgiving lunch. juicy ham, fresh kale, and creamy mashed potatoes. so delicious.
the christmas trees are here! i’m going to buy mine very soon!
i was about to paddle out to bowls today when i seen 2 korean tourists walking around the parking lot looking for their car. they kept looking and looking. i already knew it got towed so i went up to ask them, “did you park your car here over night?” they said “yes.” oh my, your car got towed. i explained to them what to do and they were so confused and clueless. so i call korean speaking hana taxi for them, arrange the pick up and drop off to their car at near the airport. i’m sure they are going to be shocked when they get the $200 bill. all the time i talked to them, i was doing sign language because i don’t speak korean. the only words i know is kamsamnida and bibimbap. haha. at the end, they said “kamsamnida” and i said “samasama.” a taste of korean and indonesian. welcome to the cultural mixing pot of hawaii! and please don’t park your car in the parking lot at bowls past 10:30pm.

thank you Maki-san for sending me this beautiful photo of tokyo. i can’t wait to go there soon!!!
when ever i go to makapuu recently, i always look at the right corner and think to myself “i was pretty dam crazy to paddle from here to waikiki in the pitch dark all alone.” then 1 minute later i’m trying to look out to the horizon for molokai. and i think to myself “someday.”
Seth Moniz with the million dollar smile.
i use to hate whisky 3 years ago. but now, i drink it slowly enjoying every single smokey sip. i learned a lot of what is good, and what is bad. these are all Inaida-san’s top of the line whiskey’s and i’ve tried every one. all good for all different types of moods. i can’t wait to sip on one tonight.
last april i was in shikoku, i snapped a few photos of Dr. Sato-san. a cool doctor that surfs!
every single weekend this man is surfing.
keep on surfing Sato-san!
