first, want to congratulate Kylen and Gen for picking up this monster tako! i’m so stoked for these kids! i remember the days when they were just learning how to free dive, now they go out and get dinner for family and friends. an awesome healthy and happy lifestyle. keep it up boys! i’m super proud of you guys!

this morning was super glassy and perfect conditions for a surf and dive. so a surf and a dive it was.

the water was like a mirror! no wind and perfect conditions.

the feeling of gliding over the calm ocean is amazing. the wind blowing on your face, the sun coming over diamond head, and knowing the surf is going to be good. a feeling i just can’t describe!

then you pull up to your magical secret spot watching empty waves peel over the reef. Naoka was first in the lineup. super session ahead and photos coming tomorrow. so tired so going to sleep. good night.
