there are these 2 suspects that have been entering parking garages in the diamond head area stealing cars. if these guys are you brothers, boyfriends, cousins, or friends, tell them to stop stealing cars! if you don’t know them and see them around the diamond head area, call the police at 911.
took some photos yesterday morning at haleiwa. check to see if you are in one of them. enjoy!
Robbers and Surfers!
February 2, 2014 Hawaii Surf Report
Motorcycle and Man Grave. Together RIP.
Good morning 6:30am.
North shore 3-5′ and little bumpy conditions. Coming up to 6-8′ this evening. South shore waist high at Ala Moana and shoulder high at Diamond Head. Clean. No wind in the morning becoming onshore later.
Sunny sky some places, rain other places.
Weird winter weather continues.
I’m going surfing anyway!
Have a wonderful day.
Lifeguards, Turtles, Bottom Turns, Haleiwa
good to have Alyssa and Naoka over at my house last night. just fun talking about things going on. always interesting, always go-naminori!
omg, today’s weather was terrible! sunny for 10 minutes, super stormy for the other 10 minutes. just off and on rain all day long. but it didn’t affect the waves because haleiwa as really good today.
i met up with a group from wakayama this morning. super cool people working for the people of wakayama. they were really interested in the lifeguard towers we have here in hawaii.
luckily my friend was the lifeguard today so we got the full tour of the highest tech lifeguard towers in the world.
and now you might see one of these in wakayama someday. if they build one, i might apply for a part time summer job being a lifeguard in wakayama because i love to watch people, and i love to save people. i better send in my application.
the people of wakayama are the nicest people in the world. just super kind with big hearts. see you all back in isounora!
then we did a little sidetrack turtle watching. cool!
thank you Kenmochi-san for the wonderful time this morning. have a safe flight back to japan.
and before work, i jumped in to catch a wave. gosh it felt so good! catch a wave, then work 10 minutes after. my wonderful life continues.
also shot some photos at haleiwa so stay tuned. i’ll upload them soon. gosh, what another busy day. good night.
