ok, i’ve been going to open houses for the past 25 years. no, i can’t afford a multi-million dollar house, but i like to walk in and dream. there are some that i think is amazing, and there are some that i think are overdone. i’m pretty simple and what i look for is something that will make me go “wow, wow and wow” every time i take a step. so yesterday seeing my dream house i’ve been always wanting to see for sale was kind of weird. i stopped the car, and just had to go inside to take a look. this is what i saw:

the first thing to look at when searching for a house is LOCATION, LOCATION, AND LOCATION! and this house has all three! this is just one small living room of many of this 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom house.

the thing that caught my eye was the wood! omg! the whole house was built with this amazing wood. i felt like cutting out a wall and making a surfboard with it.

remember location, location, and location! the beautiful pacific ocean is right at my feet! i could jump off the balcony and be in the ocean.

kitchen is important because i like to cook. this kitchen is perfect for me.

go down the side of the house and jump into the pool, or ocean. what ever makes you happy that day.

if i owned this house, i’d have a go-naminori party every weekend.

imagine waking up to this? i can surf, dive, or bbq. or all 3!

and if i lived here, you know i’d be jumping off my balcony to surf or dive. every single day!

i don’t like wine. but most of my friends do so this wine cellar will be fully stocked.

this is the entertainment room. all i need is a futon and i would live in here. pool anyone?

full bar for everybody!

i was going to make myself a drink but i’m sure the realtor wouldn’t appreciate that. so i just took a sip of my fake draft beer. it tasted pretty dam good!
where is this? never mind. i will never tell anyone. why? because i don’t want anybody to buy it. i’m not a jealous person but if somebody i knew bought this house, i’d be jealous for sure. haha.
as i slept last night, i dreamt of how cool it would be to have my closest friends come to visit me anytime they wanted. how cool it would be to have parties here. how cool it would be to have my office here. how cool it would be to come home to this everyday. then i woke up.
this is my dream and since half my life is over, i have the other half of my life to own this house. NEVER SAY NEVER!
My Dream House: LOCATION, LOCATION, AND LOCATION!
Prepared, Waves, and Mr. Seinfield
last nights tsunami scare was pretty crazy. i found out around 7pm so i jumped in my car and headed to diamond head to move my friends car and harley away from the shoreline. as i drove down my street, people were speeding, panicking, and there was no law on the streets. traffic everywhere, stores packed, and just crazy. yes, people in hawaii panic and i knew that i would probably get into an accident trying to drive down to the shoreline as people are fleeing. so i turn around, go home, and watch tv. before the first wave was going to hit, i was asleep. wanted to thank everybody for the calls and emails concerned for my safety. i really appreciate it.

this is the gas station near my house. there was a long line to get gas and i heard there was even a fight at a ewa beach gas station. yes, panic.

now i’m really glad that i don’t own or take care of a big boat. if i did, i’d have to get to the yacht harbor somehow, and get the boat out to the ocean. then sit out there all night alone and wonder what will happen. i’m sure it’s not a good feeling.

so i get up, check the waves, and pick up Goto-san. we surf, we eat, we shop, and we surf. i had a great time with him today and was stoked to see him catch so many good waves! and i’m super stoked with my new maui jim sunglasses!!!! i scored!

we drove by diamond head and the waves looked super fun. but to park the car, hike down, paddle out, and do the same coming back is not to fun. so we jumped back in the car and headed to ala moana. better call as the waves were perfect!

waikiki is booming! there are so many tourist here this year!!! i drive down there everyday and am pretty stoked to see so many people around the world loving this island.

i took Goto-san to my dream house. i drive by this house for the past 15 years and always wish it was mine. it was never for sale and it just went on the market 3 months ago. if you seen this location, you would know why this is my dream house. you should see the inside. OMG! i’ll take you in there tomorrow. but for tonight, i’m going to check my bank account and see if i have $6.3 million in it. haha. yeah, that’s 501,858,000 yen. yeah, in my dreams for now.
