i’ve been watching the pipeline masters since 1987 every single year. i remember when michael ho won the pipe masters with his cast on. and to see his son mason ho yesterday do the same standing pose was a sight to see. mason ho didn’t advance but he sure gained the respect from thousands of fans!

as far as the surfing history books are concerned, this winter was the worst ever recorded. well, that’s till yesterday december 8th when pipeline finally came alive! it was epic!

Anthony Miranda had a gun and decided to rob some guy of some money who was in a car. come to find out, that other guy was a MMA fighter. they wrestled, the fought, and anthony ended up getting his ass and face kicked in big time. he ended up with 2 black eyes and a gunshot wound to his ankle. what a cool story. and what an idiot robber.
