it was the first time i golfed in a long time. i’ve never golfed anywhere else besides in hawaii so golfing in bali was a great experience. for every cart, 2 golf lady caddies count your score, wipe your clubs, pick up you balls, and even give you advice. a cooler full with drinks and beer on the side was nice too. i didn’t golf that great but who cares, i had fun!

i want to congratulate the Moniz family on opening their 2nd beach stand on the sand in front of the outrigger waikiki hotel. my sister, tony, and the kids work hard. people think teaching surfing is an easy job but it’s not. it’s pretty challenging but we all agree on one thing. “nothing can beat putting a smile on a newborn surfers face.” congratulations sis!

the cookie corner came out with the coolest idea! they sell pre-baked cookies. buy a pack, leave it in the freezer at home, and when you feel like eating cookies, put them in the oven and 12 minutes later, you have delicious cookies from the cookie corner.
Local Style Stuffed UHU Part 2

after you catch an uhu, scale it, clean it, and get it ready to stuff it. this is how the ingredients looks after mixing it all up.. what is the key ingredient?

mayonaise. make sure you don’t use the japanese one. it has to be “Best Foods” because it just has too…

i like mine with chinese parsley but since not everybody likes chinese parsley….

i make one with, and one without…

this is called “Ready to Go!” throw it in the oven at 475 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. open it up and get ready to say “OH MY GOSH!”
