HIGH RADIATION BEEF SOLD IN JAPAN FROM JUNE 8-11, 2011. SOME EATEN,
SOME NOT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Retailers and restaurant operators have voiced disappointment and
frustration as they are believed to have unknowingly sold meat
contaminated with radioactive cesium from Fukushima Prefecture.
Supermarket chain Fuji Grand’s Anan outlet in Tokushima Prefecture sold
103 packages of the beef in question between June 8 and 11. “We’re sorry
for inconveniencing our customers,” said Hiroaki Nishiyama, outlet
manager and food section chief. The supermarket put up notices Tuesday
warning of the radiation-tainted beef and is returning the money of
customers who purchased it.

My Harley Davidson/Surfer Gang

check out my new bike gang. bartender/surfer kohnno-san, diver/hotel owner/surfer takahashi-san, and diver/traveler/surfer satoko. we drove around half the island yesterday like a bunch of gangsters. on the way down the pali, i was going 50 mph and looking for police with speed guns because i always see them there. satoko past me going about 70 mph, takahashi-san passed next going about 80 mph, and kohnno-san passed at around 60 mph. they were flying down the pali and luckily it was the cops day off. speeding is big trouble in hawaii.

we drove all around the east side and you couldn’t ask for a more perfect day. sunny, cool trade winds, and light rain to keep us cool. i think i’m going to start to ride more often because i felt so dam free!!!!

in hawaii, you see the coolest things. this guy caught a little hammerhead shark when we pulled up to heia pier in kaneohe.

i don’t take too many people to this power spot but since this is my new motorcycle gang, why not. i can’t wait to do it again!
