**hey, we’re currently in the process of renewing our precious site. with that said, we want to have a new GO-NAMINORI logo design to start things off. so instead of doing it ourselves like we have for the past 5 years, we decided to have a contest on making our new logo. the concept is for the people, by the people. yes, we are open to any idea and any kind of design. we will be narrowing it down and have our readers vote. if we end up using your logo, you will be fully credited with your work along with the possible chance of your design being printed on tshirts and stickers. great chance!!

this was our first logo. i still have this tshirt but the rest have been sold out….

this logo was very popular with people in hawaii. why? because there is a kanji craze going on. half the tattoos people in hawaii are getting are japanese kanji characters. i even seen this kanji of naminori on someone’s back…

the license plate logo went well with the japanese. why? because japanese love anything to do with hawaii. so do i…

this logo is my favorite. why? because this is what we’re all about. surf, travel, and have fun!!!
if your interested in sending us a new logo, please send it to INFO@GO-NAMINORI.COM. the deadline is march 1st. mahalo….
Go-Naminori Design Contest START!
Tigers and Old Niijima….
good evening. had a fun day in town. surfed diamond head with anri-san, kenji, hayato, mari-chan, matchi, and toshimitsu-san. the waves weren’t the best but when your surfing with a bunch of friends, the waves doesn’t matter. tomorrow? i’m not even checking the waves, i’m waking up early and dawn patrolling north shore!! see you out there….

i shot this photo from a hill up in town. this is the freeway going back to hawaii kai and as you can see, there is a lot of traffic. i’m glad i don’t have to drive back out there everyday anymore….

wanted to welcome acco-chan to hawaii! also wanted to thank acco-chan for sending me this photo from a long time ago in niijima island. gosh, when was this? which one is me? gosh, was this 18 years ago????

thanks to the heavy rain, the water on the north shore is as dirty as can be. laniakea was going off today and nobody was out. why? probably because of the bacteria and sharks. yeah, i bet anybody that there were a lot of hungry tiger sharks out there today…. please stay out of the dirty water….
