my 2 friends work at the ashton waikiki beach tower hotel in waikiki. these aren’t only friends, these are my classmates from kid time. yeah, same elementary, intermediate school, same high school, and same surf spot. meet eddie yang and gregg ashimine….

surfing with Kariya-san was super fun yesterday. to see him catch so many good waves at bowls made me happy. i know that there aren’t long waves like where he surfs in japan. and i know the water isn’t that warm too. 30 years plus of judo, i bet this guy can kick ass so please don’t drop in on him.. haha…. thank you Kariya-san for the great surf, and thanks for the lunch!!
