to pick up a camera and to take a photo is pretty easy. but to get the angles and capture the right moment is hard. some people have it in them, and some people don’t. mari-chan is an awesome photographer. she took some of the best photos on our drive thru japan trip, including the surfing ones. her timing is precise. her eye sees things that other eyes don’t. that’s talent. my job on the trip was really easy. sometimes i even forgot my camera but mari-chan had hers and was getting the shots. i just went through them again and i’m pretty sure everybody will be stoked with the outcome. i sure am….


renosuke is very smart. the first time he sang his ABC’s to me, some parts were a little off on the pronunciation. so i sang it once to him and he just kept staring at my lips. right after that, i asked him to sing it again. it was perfect! amazing…. this time, i taught him the I LOVE YOU sign language that yumei-chan taught me. next time i see renosuke, i’m going to teach him how to pick up chicks in english. haha.. just joking… Photo by Mari-chan.
