we call the north shore “country”. this is why….
i was planning to sell my car and get another one. so my brother fixed everything that needed to be fixed. then i took it to the auto detailers 2 days ago and got it back this morning. the guy worked on my car for 12 hours and now it looks like it’s brand new. now guess what? i don’t want to sell it anymore…. i’m going to keep it for a few more years…

i love the new digital world. i can surf in the morning and by the time i get home, i can see a photo of my session. this was yesterday at inside sunset bowl. this was my second barrel and i remember looking up at the lip because it was so dam beautiful. this is where i love it the most, in the barrel!!!

good morning. 3 more days till christmas!!! i went looking for a christmas tree yesterday and guess what? nothing!!! not even the fake ones. every store in hawaii is sold out of real or fake christmas trees. i’m kind of bummed….
north shore is ok. small and kind of bumpy. huge swell coming tonight. town is pretty much flat. good day to relax and enjoy the holidays…..

my friend holli always goes the extra mile with everything she does. we had dinner last night and when i showed up at the restaurant, the table was decorated with christmas ornaments. thanks holli for keeping the christmas spirit alive!!!
i went to hanamaru restaurant for the first time. the food was pretty good and the big pitchers of kirin beer went down like water. i’m feeling it this morning… sushi, oysters, goya champur, clams, and much more!!! gochisousama deshita!!!
