早朝のサーフィンの後、Mayukiを洗いに行った。ちゃんと動くのか確かめるためにエンジンをかけて、それからダイヤモンドヘッドまでスピードを出して走るために沖へ行くことにしたんだ。ワイキキのど真ん中に立ち寄り、エンジンと船底の塗装をチェックするために水中マスクをつけて青い海の中にジャンプインしたんだ。その時僕の視界の端に、僕の方へ泳いで来る3つの大きな物体が見えたんだ。OMG. イルカだ！

僕が彼らの動きをまだじっと見ていたから、彼らは僕の周りを囲み続けていたんだ。僕は彼らのうちの一頭と目が合い、イルカの鳴き声をして、コミュニケーションをとったんだ。彼らは凄く好奇心旺盛だったよ。

数分後、巨大な群れが僕を見るためにちょうど側までやって来た。美しい海で凄く自由にイルカの壁が泳いでいる。彼らは凄く穏やかで凄く自由そうに見えたよ。また海の自然のマジカルな瞬間だった。
