僕らは何時間ものあいだ、緑が生い茂る巨大な山や丘でハントしていた。こんなに歩いたのは本当に久しぶりだよ！しかも、ビーチサンダルで行ったんだから!!!

オアフでは、山には色んな野生のフルーツがなっていた。今はもう無い。だから、マンゴーやアボカド、ココナッツ、色んなヘルシーなフルーツいっぱいの山をハイクするのは最高だ。

水も食料も持ってきていない僕らにとって、これはパーフェクトタイミングだった。喉をうるおし、食欲を満たしてくれたんだ。これがなかったら、きっと山から降りて来られなかったはず！

貝殻を探してから30年経つけど、こんなに美しいのを見つけたのは初めてだよ。一番大きくて、パーフェクトな貝殻だ。一番上に星形が見えるでしょ！
