沖縄で真っ先にオーダーするものは、海ぶどう。口のなかで弾けるのが好きなんだ。

そしてゴーヤー。これはゴーヤーチャンプルー。苦いけど美味しい。

そしてもちろん、豚足！これは”あしテビチ”っていうんだ。ブタの汚れた足からお肉を吸いつくすよ。

日本のあちこちで何度も見かけたもの。スパムむすびがハワイ在住のジャパニーズ/アメリカンが発明したものだって知ってた？彼女の名前はバーバラ・フナムラ。これは史上最高の発明！
