good aloha friday. 6:45am and small surf around the island. north shore is flat, town has knee/waist high wind swell waves. nobody’s out at rockpiles and 4 guys out at bowls. diamond head will probably be the best spot again this afternoon when the tide fills in. just watch out for those wind surfers and kite surfers. looks sunny outside so get out and enjoy this beautiful day. i’m going surfing. see you in the water….

good evening. the winds today picked up twice as much compared to yesterday. but if you still wanted to surf some fun waves, diamond head was the spot. i surfed bowls this morning. 3 guys out. it was waist high and perfect. then surfed diamond head lighthouse this afternoon. 3 guys out. shoulder high and super choppy but i had a great time. i guess windy waves is more challenging because when you pick a good one, your stoked… more windy waves until sunday so better get use to it. no south swells or north swells on the way either so better get use to that too. i’m just happy to be able to surf uncrowded waves here in hawaii…
**gosh, i was walking around the streets of bangkok and was tripping out on how beautiful the women there were. all my friends told me that thailand has the most beautiful women in the world… i didn’t want to get arrested taking photos of girls so i took these off the web. check it out…..

this girl will turn any of the boys heads if she walked into a club in hawaii… and if you said no way, your lying….

WRONG….. these are “Ladyboys”…. yeah, ladies that are really boys. don’t believe me? you better or else i’ll send you the bottom parts of the photos i cut off. then you might throw up…. if my blog wasn’t rated PG, i would post it. and my mom won’t be too happy about it. haha…. but it’s pretty funny because “Ladyboys” are all over thailand and you won’t be able to tell the difference, especially the ones that get the full operations. i don’t know why they do it, but what ever makes them happy, it’s all good…. the funny thing is when i got back to hawaii, all my female friends started to look like boys to me… haha… just joking… have a great evening and better check your girl again… haha….

good morning. 6:30am thursday morning. small surf around the island. east wind swell hitting sandy’s and makapuu and wrapping around to diamond head. want to know where the best surf will be today? go surf diamond head around 1 or 2pm. that’s going to be the call today. see you in the water….

went to therapy sports bar out in hawaii kai last night. pretty cool place. i wish we had that bar when i was living out there. anyway, bumped into calvin maeda. calvin is the marketing manager for steinlager beer here in hawaii. he turned us on to the new STEINLAGER PURE. it’s a new beer that just came out. get this, no additives and no preservatives. made from water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. sound familiar? yes, just like bintang beer in indonesia. so chemicals so no hangover. i was in the middle of my corona when calvin bought me the steinlager and after i took my first sip, i couldn’t finish my corona. it tasted really smooth with no aftertaste. ended up drinking that all night. from now on, i’m drinking STEINLAGER PURE….

they are having a $3/beer promotion out at therapy and other bars in hawaii. try it, i’m sure you’ll like it….

when i picked up tony and seth from narita airport in japan, this is what they got to see on the way back to shonan. i had to stop the car to take this photo. gosh, i could never get bored of looking at mt. fuji. it’s just too magical…

then we dropped by the dove factory to pick up some wetsuits. these are not just dove workers, this is one big family…
