All hail, Kaiser High!

The waves continue to be perfect today.  Boot camp in progress…

Monday morning at the office.  The best office in the world.

The surfboards are getting smaller and the confidence is getting bigger.

It was a pleasure to surf with Rio-san today.  She’s from Japan so I asked her why her English was perfect and she said “I graduated from Kaiser High School.”  OMG!!!!  That’s the same high school I went to!  We actually were in the same school at the same time.  I was glad that she didn’t remember me because I was a terrible student.  I didn’t even like myself.

A graduate from Kaiser High that surfs.  All morning long I was singing the “Alma Mater” in my head over and over.  All hail, Kaiser High!

Reef Island Right

Opps, forgot to post this one.  It’s been a while but once the winds back off again, we are going on a boat trip.  Can’t wait.

Don’t let the clean conditions at Waikiki fool you.  Just around the corner of Diamond Head, it is very windy and rough.  And around the corner after that is very very windy and rough rough.  Town was flat so we went exploring for something more challenging.

Now both my motors are running at 100%!  I’m so happy!

We drove pretty far away into the rough seas.  The girls were hanging on tight.  Only the strong survive.

We pull behind this reef island and found a perfect chest high point right.  Yes, it was very shallow, but it was also very good.  The girls scored!
