Nakahodo-san with his new magic board!  He surfed better than ever at this 1 week Boot Camp.  Can’t wait to see him riding that board in Okinawa! 

Nakahodo-san caught his most and best waves yesterday morning.  Nobody out at Bowls and since we practiced at windy and bumpy Diamond Head, Bowls was too easy. 

After an epic morning session, it was time to go back to Japan.  Toda-san and Takami-san too.  Hope you guys had a safe trip!  Thank you for everything!

I still don’t understand how my brother can take apart a car like this and put it back together in a couple hours.  Next time I might go take a screw and hide it from him.  Haha.

With 50mph wind gusts this morning, I guess everyone decided to stay home.  Except US! 

I’ve never seen the parking lot empty like this on a summer day.  We were the first surfers out in the lineup so we scored!

Even though it was really windy, it was really clean.  Perfect morning conditions.

Nakahodo-san with the wave of the day.  Nice take off, bottom turn, three cutbacks, and then to the airport heading back to Okinawa where another typhoon awaits.  Safe travels buddy!
