Good morning 5:45am.
North shore shoulder high and perfect. Bigger swell later this week.
Ala Moana chest high and perfect. Super glassy.
Diamond Head head high and bumpy.
Small South swell continues. Bigger later today and tomorrow.
Trade winds at 20mph.
Super sunny and warm. Lots of rainbows.
Surfing all day.
See you in the water.

so stoked to get some awesome waves today again! morning surf with Shintaro-san. caught so many good waves and had so many loud laughs. haha!

my friend was the water security that was kicking out everybody from the rights because of the contest. but he told me “you ok.” and because Shintaro-san was with me, it was “us ok.” scored perfect waves with nobody around us.

even the end of the wave is fun! great job Shintaro-san. getting better and better! so stoked for you!

then went in to get Saori-san and we had a great time! it’s been a year and she never forgot a thing. perfect surfing and perfect stoke!

i think we have another newborn surfer! welcome to the surfing world Saori-san! see you guys again on monday!

and want to thank Shintaro-san for the don julio 1942 collection! omg, this is going to make my amigos dance and sing all night long. haha. can’t wait to get a day off so i can open up one of these bottles!
then went for an afternoon session with Nanami-san. omg, so good rides again! so stoked to be surfing every day all day long! just love it so much!
