this has been automatic for me every morning. hot chocolate from 7/11 and a blueberry muffin to go with it… Tony, Rainos, and i use to travel as professional surfers so we know how hard it is to lug around our equipment. and we also know how fun it is to try new fresh boards. here we are checking out Seth’s new models. this is the level where professional surfing is now. each and every board will work differently in some way. it’s up to Seth to figure that out. just want to take this time to thank Wade Tokoro for supporting Seth with top quality equipment throughout the years. . Tony and i went driving around looking at waves. there are so many point right spots here. such an amazing place! Seth recommended this place for our lunch today. it was healthy and very delicious. great choice! back to yesterdays foil session. Tony and i met Matthew yesterday, then the next thing you know, we went foiling together. Matthew is the man for Signature Foils. super good quality foils that i finally get to test out! and since we all foil, we connected right away… Matthew took us to Kirra to foil. the waves were amazing! good for surfing too but the three of us only had foiling on our minds. Tony wants to foil the Molokai channel. this is the start of his new dream. Matthew is fully stoked and hooked on foiling. it’s so cool because we know that feeling very well. our conversations can go on for hours… and Matthew rips too! so stoked to see him having the time of his life. we were seriously like 3 little kids playing in a park! when i left Hawaii, i didn’t think i’d be foiling at all. but on the first day, it happened. that’s so crazy how things turn out. it’s a classic example of foilers supporting foilers. the contest will start tomorrow at Dbah so it’s Seth Moniz’s biggest day of his life. we were watching the guys practice this evening and the level is freaking high! i think i’m more nervous than Seth. haha. see you guys tomorrow at the contest. starting at 7am Australian time!
